Terry Wilson
I Timothy 1:12
Terry was saved at six years old and has been a serious student of God’s Word for most of his life. He had the privilege of studying under a great pastor and theologian, R.B. Thieme Jr., who was pastor of Berachah Church for more than 50 years, and is now studying under his son, R.B. Thieme III, the current pastor. Pastor Thieme provides exegetical and expository communication of the Word of God from the literal interpretation of the Scripture.
Terry served 20 years in the United States Army and retired in 1998 as a Chief Warrant Officer 3. His first assignment was with the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Fort Lewis, Washington. That assignment was instrumental in his life in reinforcing self-discipline, teaching leadership, and instilling that the mission always comes first, and failure is not an option. [If you are a young person reading this, the military is great place to start your adult life. It provides self-discipline, organization, leadership, humility, direction and purpose. It will be life changing.]
After the Army, he entered the corporate world. The highlights of his corporate career
include the following:
• Led several teams in Risk Advisory Services for three years with KPMG, the tax,
accounting, and consulting firm.
• Led the client relations division for strategic partners nationally at Paymentech, the
payments division of J.P. Morgan Chase for 10 years. He was also the troubleshooter
